The Story
The client came to us with a clear vision: to transform a newly built apartment into a space that feels peaceful, grounded, and effortlessly modern.
They wanted a minimalist environment — free of clutter but full of warmth — where natural light could flow and everyday living could feel intentional.
Our goal was to create a home that feels as good as it looks: calm in atmosphere, practical in function, and deeply personal in detail.
The Concept
We approached the design with the philosophy of quiet luxury — simplicity enhanced by depth.
The palette draws from soft neutrals, natural oak, and muted stone tones, creating harmony across open-plan spaces.
To emphasize flow, we minimized visual noise — concealed storage, clean architectural lines, and low-profile furniture pieces maintain an uncluttered rhythm.
Every detail was chosen for balance: matte textures contrast with brushed metal finishes; linen and wool add tactility against smooth stone surfaces.
The result is a modern interior that feels calm, refined, and unmistakably lived in.
The Process
The project began with a thorough consultation and spatial analysis to optimize light and flow.
We redefined the open-plan layout to enhance natural light distribution, adjusted ceiling lines for visual balance, and introduced custom cabinetry for seamless functionality.
Every design phase — from mood board to technical drawings — was guided by close collaboration with the client.
During execution, we coordinated with contractors and artisans to ensure every element, from flooring to lighting, aligned with the original concept.
Materials & Details
Key Materials:
Natural oak flooring, limestone-textured tiles, linen drapery, soft wool upholstery, and custom matte cabinetry with brushed brass lighting fixtures.
These tactile materials were chosen for longevity, softness, and the quiet sophistication that defines the Elvora aesthetic.
